The hotel is perfectly situated in the heart of the city, close to all the main attractions in the center of everything. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, especially Laura on reception, who went above and beyond to assist us when our flight was diverted. The hotel is in a prime location, right in the center of town and close to everything you'd want to see. It's surrounded by great cafes, shops, and museums. The rooms are comfortable and clean, with top-quality beds and pillows. The staff is kind and helpful, providing maps, holding bags, and even printing boarding passes. The shower has excellent water pressure, and the hotel has a unique and inviting interior.
There is a busy street nearby with heavy traffic, so it can be a bit noisy at times.
